AquaBot is powered by Claude AI. Each conversation has a real cost which is why the free plan has a 5 message daily limit. Pro and Expert plans include unlimited AquaBot access. The AI Disease Scanner and Color Scanner on Expert use more compute per request which is why they are on the Expert tier only.

Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account page at any time. Your Pro or Expert access continues until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is always kept. If you downgrade from Pro, your tanks and journal are saved but only the first tank will be accessible until you upgrade again.
Is there a free trial?
The free plan is unlimited in time — use it as long as you like. Pro and Expert do not have a separate trial but you can cancel within 7 days for a full refund.
What currency are prices in?
Prices are in USD. Stripe converts to your local currency automatically at checkout.
How does the AI disease scanner work?
Upload a photo of your fish or plant. Our AI identifies disease symptoms, suggests treatments and explains the likely cause. Available on Expert plan.
Can I share a tank with my partner?
Yes. Pro allows 2 users on the same tank profile. Expert allows unlimited shared users.
