Refund Policy
If TankDeep is not right for you, email us within 7 days of your first subscription payment and we will refund you in full. No questions asked.
Who qualifies
Any new subscriber within 7 days of their first Pro or Expert payment. Also applies when you upgrade from Pro to Expert โ the difference is refundable within 7 days.
How to request a refund
Email hello@tankdeep.com from the email address on your TankDeep account. Include your account email and the reason (optional but helpful โ we use it to improve). We will process the refund within 2 business days.
What happens to your data
When you request a refund we downgrade your account to the Free plan. Your data remains on your account. If you want your account deleted entirely, let us know and we will remove it along with the refund.
Renewal charges
The 7-day guarantee applies only to your first subscription payment. Renewals after the initial period (monthly renewals, yearly renewals) are not covered. You can cancel auto-renewal any time from your account settings to prevent future charges, but we do not pro-rate unused time for mid-cycle cancellations.
Yearly plans
Yearly plans are eligible for the 7-day guarantee. If you cancel a yearly plan after 7 days, you keep access until the end of the year but we do not refund the unused portion.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge through your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we will treat that as a request to terminate your account. We are happy to resolve any billing issue directly โ please email us first.
Gift memberships
Complimentary memberships granted by the TankDeep team (for beta testers, support cases, or partnerships) are not purchases and are not refundable.
