The ultimate algae eater. Far more effective than any snail or small fish at controlling algae. Grows to 5cm making it one of the largest freshwater shrimp commonly available. Cannot breed in freshwater.

Algae and biofilm primarily. Will also accept blanched vegetables and shrimp pellets when natural food is scarce.
