Large colourful apple snail available in golden, blue, purple, ivory and other striking colour morphs. Active and visible during daylight hours. Lays distinctive pink egg clutches above the waterline.

Algae, blanched vegetables, shrimp pellets, cucumber. Needs calcium rich foods for a strong and healthy shell.

Cleans algae from glass and decorations, scavenges uneaten food helping to reduce ammonia spikes.

Lays pink egg clutches above the waterline. Easy to remove clutches to control population. Requires both sexes to breed.
